What it does
- Fixes the booleans the standard export translates (faux instead of false), which block the filing
- Repairs addresses broken by an apostrophe or a hyphen
- Asks for the real general meeting date instead of using today's
- Adds the statement of fixed assets, with revaluation surpluses in their own column
- Adds the previous year column, the average headcount in FTE, and the breakdown of debts
- Refuses to export a file the National Bank will reject, and names the account at fault
- "Legal minimum" option: a line with no amount is not declared, and turnover stays optional under the abbreviated and micro schemes
What it does not do
- It produces a base, not a finished filing. You complete it on the Central Balance Sheet Office web tool, filing.cbso.nbb.be: list of directors, detailed social balance sheet, off-balance-sheet notes. The module tells you which ones
- Its notes are validated on the filing models it announces. On the others it degrades cleanly rather than injecting a wrong value
- It does not fix your accounting. A balance on the wrong side gets reclassified in your entries, never in the XML
- Nothing guarantees it will work next financial year. National Bank formats change
And in every case: the module does not check your accounting. An accounting review remains essential before you file anything.
